Job Summary

The Department of Medical Sciences at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, School of Veterinary Medicine, invites applications for a Tenure Track, full-time, renewable Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor position within the Dermatology Section of the UW Veterinary Care Hospital.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in clinical and didactic teaching of veterinary students, interns, and residents
  • Conduct basic science or clinical research that advances academic clinical practice
  • Develop an independent extramurally funded research program
  • Collaborate with other services within the hospital
  • Provide supervision of veterinary students, interns, and residents
Requirements

The successful candidate will have a strong background in dermatology and a commitment to teaching and research. The ability to work collaboratively with other faculty members and to develop an independent research program is essential.
