Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers, evaluating and managing any product anomalies or defects.
  • Participate in corrective actions and offer assistance in the use of our product portfolio by providing technical expertise and documentation.
  • Identify and address customers' technical needs and provide support in application projects with customers, end users, and co-suppliers.
Requirements:
  • An Engineering or Technical degree, or a High School diploma in a technical field.
  • Fluency in German and English is required, as well as a willingness to travel frequently.
