Route Sales and Service Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Route Sales and Service Representative to join our team at Heritage Crystal Clean LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for servicing existing customers by exchanging solvent or aqueous fluids, removing drum wastes, and servicing parts washers and other equipment while operating a Class B box truck.
Responsibilities:
- Service existing customers by exchanging solvent or aqueous fluids and removing drum wastes.
- Service parts washers and other equipment.
- Operate a Class B box truck.
- Meet or exceed sales and service targets.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have or be qualified to obtain and maintain a Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and Med Card with Airbrake and HAZMAT.
- Motor vehicle record (MVR) that meets or exceeds HCC's published standards.
- Pass a physical including drug & alcohol screening and background check.
What We Offer:
- Competitive weekly base + commission.
- Guarantee of a minimum of $1,100 per week for the first six months for CDL holders.
- Guarantee of a minimum of $900 per week for the first six months for non-CDL holders.
- Performance bonus opportunities.
