Executive Chef Assistant

As a key member of our culinary team, the Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef in preparing and cooking high-quality food, while ensuring seamless kitchen operations and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Cook and prepare food according to approved recipes and production standards
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cooks and other food-service associates
- Assume responsibility for kitchen and food-service associates in the absence of the Executive Chef
- Ensure all deadlines are met based on production orders
- Monitor inventory and deliveries of product and supplies
- Track product production, consumption, and waste
- 1+ year of Sous Chef experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
