Management Development Program at HIREVERSE

We are a trusted local business development firm specializing in customer acquisition for our clients. Our goal is to drive revenue growth, foster customer relationships, and create strategic business opportunities in the Memphis area. As part of our Management Development Program, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and develop your leadership skills.

About the Program:

The Management Development Program is designed for motivated and ambitious individuals who want to jumpstart their careers in sales and business development. You will have the chance to work closely with our sales team to learn about our products/services, target market, and sales strategies.

You will also participate in leadership training sessions and workshops to enhance your leadership skills. Additionally, you will take on leadership responsibilities for small-scale projects or initiatives to develop your leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our sales team to learn about our products/services, target market, and sales strategies.
  • Work closely with senior sales professionals to learn about negotiation, relationship building, and effective sales strategies.
  • Attend industry events and networking activities to stay up-to-date on products, promotions, and client updates.
  • Participate in leadership training sessions and workshops to enhance your leadership skills.
  • Assist in creating and delivering compelling sales presentations to potential customers.
  • Support the development and implementation of sales training programs for new hires and existing team members.
  • Take on leadership responsibilities for small-scale projects or initiatives to develop your leadership capabilities.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • At least some experience in a leadership or mentorship type role is preferred.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales and leadership.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of motivation, ambition, and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
