Project Controls Manager Job Description:

Congruex is seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to join its team in Memphis, TN. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects by overseeing various aspects of program management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles, practices, and tools, including scheduling, cost control, risk management, and reporting. A Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or a related field is required, along with at least 10 years of experience in project controls, with a track record of successful project delivery.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $115,000 - $145,000 per year, depending on skills and experience. Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, considering scope, budget, and resource requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project objectives and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Manage daily contracts with the client, identifying potential Change Orders, and reporting findings to the Program Manager.
