Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at ARS/Rescue Rooter (Columbia) in Columbia, SC. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with our technicians to ensure that customer needs are met
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
