About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Afni. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via inbound calls, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective resolution to customer inquiries and concerns
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Requirements
- 6 months of customer service experience
- Must live in the state of Georgia
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
