## Job Title: Customer Service Representative

### Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at Corner Mart, you will be the face of our company, providing top-notch service to our diverse customer base. This role is perfect for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and thrive in a dynamic setting.

### Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service during the busy midday and evening hours
* Manage the store's appearance and stock during peak hours
* Handle a high volume of transactions with efficiency and a friendly attitude
* Ensure a secure and safe shopping environment
* Work seamlessly with colleagues to handle the unique pace and challenges of the afternoon and early evening
* Maintain high standards of store cleanliness

### Qualifications

* Must be 18 years of age or older (21 in certain states)
* Ability to work weekends and holidays
* Basic math skills required
* Physical ability to frequently lift 10 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
* Friendly demeanor and a knack for making people feel welcome
* Detail-oriented and reliable
