Requirements:

  • Obtain an insurance license, which will be explained during the phone interview.
  • Associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Previous tenure in similar positions.
  • Reliability, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, handle a high volume of calls and emails, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Highly organized and reliable, with a drive to deliver high-quality work consistently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to research issues, and gather relevant information.
