About the Role

We're seeking licensed therapists to join our team in Portland, Maine, where you'll provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. As a Thriveworks clinician, you'll be part of a collaborative environment that empowers you to focus on providing excellent care to our clients.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers an attractive salary range of up to $120,900, depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have one of the following independent licenses in Maine:

  • LCSW or LMFT or LCPC
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)

You should be licensed and living in the state where you'll be practicing. Additionally, being willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week and having strong character traits like integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care are essential.
