About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our clinical team. In this role, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver evidence-based, medically driven treatment services. Your primary responsibility will be to assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the therapy process.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address various mental health issues
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment plans
  • Pursue ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments
Requirements
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work (MSW or DSW) from an accredited institution
  • Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in one or more US states
  • Experience working with adult, child, and adolescent populations in a clinical setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
