Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Member Workflow Specialist to join our team at Gainwell Technologies LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in assisting members with Medicaid services through our member portal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to members navigating the online application process, including user/password resets.
  • Enter data received from members to determine eligibility and assist with questions regarding their qualifications.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our client's business and apply knowledge to support efficient procedures and adherence to service level agreements.
  • Interpret, audit, and reconcile reports for accuracy or completeness, preparing and maintaining standard reports for management and clients.
  • Handle company confidential data according to policy and guidelines, adhering to existing security policies and procedures.
  • Assist with members walking into the agency as needed.
Requirements
  • Outstanding customer service skills, with a call center background a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work with multiple computer applications.
  • Good internet service is required for all positions.
  • Experience working with client company products and/or services.
  • Bilingual a plus.

The pay range for this position is $28, $40,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
