At Bright Horizons Children's Centers, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team of professionals who are committed to providing high-quality care and education to young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth in children.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy learning environment that fosters a sense of community and respect among children, families, and staff.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to meeting the needs of children and families.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices in early childhood education and to enhance teaching skills.
Requirements:

  • Early childhood education coursework, CDA, or degree required.
  • At least six months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to move quickly and safely in a fast-paced environment.
