As a Bright Horizons Associate Teacher at our center, you will work alongside another Child Care Teacher in the classroom, assisting with hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children. You will also communicate daily with parents, documenting and sharing the important milestones in their child's day.

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements. At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED is required, as well as 2 years (2,500 hours) of demonstrated experience working with children, preferably in child care, daycare, or preschool. Early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree is preferred.

The compensation range for this position is $15.05 - $18.70 per hour. Actual compensation offers will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and training.
