About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Health Worker to join our team at Every Child, Inc. in North Versailles, PA. As a Behavioral Health Worker, you will play a vital role in providing intensive school and community-based therapy to children and adolescents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide therapeutic interventions and support services to children and adolescents in various settings, including the home, school, and community.
  • Collaborate with the care team and support the family as a whole to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Utilize relationship-based support and an understanding of systemic needs to promote positive outcomes.
  • Participate in crisis intervention and on-call rotations to provide emergency support to families.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on behavioral health services.
  • Proficient in problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with psychiatric diagnosis and knowledge of supportive and concrete services available to children and families.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision.
