Role and Responsibilities
  • Conduct sales presentations, recommend products, and close sales using our Customer Care Sales Model
  • Prospect for sales opportunities and collect premiums from policyholders based on a pre-arranged schedule
  • Respond promptly to policyholder service requests, such as beneficiary changes, claims, loans, etc.
  • Keep accurate records, account for money collected, and process paperwork
Requirements
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to visit customers and prospects door-to-door
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license with 100k/300k auto insurance coverage
  • Dependable vehicle for daily travel
  • Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle report check, and drug screening
  • Authorized to work in the United States
Preparation and Training
  • Licensing assistance and guidance
  • Basic training program including self-study, classroom time, role-play, and extensive fieldwork
  • On-the-job training for new agents
