Role and Responsibilities- Conduct sales presentations, recommend products, and close sales using our Customer Care Sales Model
- Prospect for sales opportunities and collect premiums from policyholders based on a pre-arranged schedule
- Respond promptly to policyholder service requests, such as beneficiary changes, claims, loans, etc.
- Keep accurate records, account for money collected, and process paperwork
- Customer service experience
- Ability to visit customers and prospects door-to-door
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license with 100k/300k auto insurance coverage
- Dependable vehicle for daily travel
- Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle report check, and drug screening
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Licensing assistance and guidance
- Basic training program including self-study, classroom time, role-play, and extensive fieldwork
- On-the-job training for new agents
