Job Overview

The Losgar Agency is seeking a skilled sales representative to promote and sell life insurance products to prospective customers. This role requires a results-driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to engage prospective customers and promote life insurance products.
  • Maintain close relationships with customers to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.
  • Track progress and results by recording and documenting prospect interactions and goal attainment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and market opportunities to drive sales growth.

Requirements

  • Some sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • Must be willing to obtain state license if not already licensed.
  • Excellent ability to manage and build relationships.
  • Demonstrate ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Advanced skills in communicating, selling, and negotiating.
  • Unrelenting drive to understand and meet customer needs.
  • Hard work, good work ethic, and self-driven.
  • Be coachable.
  • Able to organize and manage a consistent schedule and timeline.
  • Able to work remotely.
  • Pursuit of personal growth by participating in virtual training, self-improvement, virtual meetings, conferences, and online trainings.
