Brand Manager

L2R Consulting is seeking a skilled Brand Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase market share.
Key Responsibilities:- Main Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers and customers, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular visits to territories to understand market dynamics and customer needs, providing valuable insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Reporting and Compliance: Ensure timely submission of monthly sales reports, inventory reports, and other required documentation to vendors.
- Brand Performance: Review brand performance on a monthly basis, comparing year-over-year figures and vendor targets to identify areas for improvement.
- Inventory Management: Ensure proper inventory rotation, prevent stock expiration, and maintain accurate stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Purchase Targets: Align with purchase targets, addressing any issues with the Sales Manager or VP to determine next steps.
- Marketing Activities: Review and approve all marketing activities, ensuring that approved promotions are paid by suppliers and budgets are managed effectively.
- Customer Service: Assist Customer Service with inquiries regarding the brand, including SKU availability, discontinued items, and discounts.
- Sales Budget: Ensure monthly sales budget is met, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
- Vendor Communication: Respond to vendor and customer inquiries regarding the brand, including product availability, pricing, and promotions.
- Order Management: Send updates to the Sales Manager on orders needed to reach sales targets and advise on promotions and activities being offered.
- Accounts Receivable: Follow up with A/R for customers with past due balances, ensuring timely payment and minimizing financial risks.
- Order Accuracy: Review open order sales reports to ensure accuracy and completeness, addressing any discrepancies or issues.
- Inventory Tracking: Monitor incoming stock POs to ensure timely receipt and build orders accordingly, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
