Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and assess documentation of customer involvement in program activities to ensure adherence to program guidelines.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in the data tracking system, ensuring weekly updates for all customers.
  • Input participation hours and details of activities into the system accurately.
  • Collaborate effectively with program personnel to guarantee continuous customer engagement in activities.
  • Reach out to designated program staff and partner agencies to gather any missing documentation.
  • Engage in community outreach efforts to obtain participation documentation from customers and partners as needed.
  • Compile and prepare reports pertaining to assigned responsibilities.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-3 years of relevant clerical experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
  • Proficient in operating office machinery and software applications.
  • Ability to foster and maintain positive working relationships with management, colleagues, and the public.
