  • Maintain thorough documentation of business processes, system configurations, and project details, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Assist in preparing reports for compliance and audit purposes, ensuring that NetSuite processes adhere to organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of work experience working with NetSuite, particularly in a support or analyst capacity.
  • Understanding of core NetSuite modules, including Financials, Inventory, and Order Management.
  • Experience in system integration tools such as Celigo or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing reports and dashboards within NetSuite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • NetSuite Certification (such as Suite foundation or ERP Consultant) is a plus.
