Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Zobility. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to the team while also leveraging analytical skills to gather, analyze, and present data insights, and contributing to operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel for team members.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents.
  • Manage email correspondence and handle incoming inquiries.
  • Maintain documentation, including policies, procedures, manuals, rosters, and audits.
  • Assist with onboarding new team members and managing internal projects.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Manage and organize operational files, records, and databases.
  • Monitor and track operational expenses, supplies, and inventory.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Assist with the implementation of new operational procedures and workflows.
  • Monitor operational performance and identify areas for optimization.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive team environment.
Requirements
  • Experience as a Data Analyst, Administrative Assistant, Operations Administrator, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik sense, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong critical, strategic, and analytical skills with experience working with data and using data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to explain complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and records.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with JIRA is a plus.
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics, business management, business administration, or equivalent related experiences.
