Job Title: Sales Account Executive

At Socket Telecom, LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our Business Sales team. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing new sales opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new sales opportunities through various prospecting methods, including phone calls, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Track sales activities, opportunities, and sales in our CRM program.
  • Determine customer requirements and expectations to recommend specific products and solutions.
  • Use tools provided to create contracts, quotes, and sample invoices in a timely fashion.
  • Participate in weekly sales calls, sales meetings, and training sessions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts after the initial sale to ensure continued customer satisfaction and growth of the account base.
  • Regularly follow up with clients to add solutions, update information, and resolve any issues.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of prior B2B sales experience.
  • Strong prospecting and communications skills.
  • Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships.
  • Possess excellent sales skills, a positive/professional attitude, and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Associate's Degree and/or equivalent work experience in the Telecom/Internet/Data field.
  • Ability to multi-task, be self-motivated, and work in a sales team environment.
  • Highly disciplined, independent, and organized.
