Job Summary

Buckner International is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Aide to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care by following established care plans and protocols.
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents by engaging in conversations, providing emotional support, and assisting with daily living needs.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive community environment by promoting resident well-being and dignity.
  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident behavior or condition to shift leaders.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Current Texas Nurse Aide Certification.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a healthcare setting or equivalent formal education.
  • Working knowledge of basic healthcare practices and procedures, including infection control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
