Job Schedule: Occasional

We are looking for dedicated Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) who are passionate about providing exceptional care to our residents. In this role, you will be essential in monitoring health indicators, building meaningful relationships with residents, and promoting their overall health and happiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top-notch resident care by adhering to established care plans.
  • Engage with residents through storytelling while assisting with their daily living activities, including transportation and monitoring health signs.
  • Foster a supportive community atmosphere by offering emotional and social assistance to residents.
  • Assist residents with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing and using bedpans.
  • Safely assist in lifting and repositioning residents as required.
  • Provide additional patient care as necessary.
  • Observe and report any changes in resident behavior to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Valid Texas Nurse Aide Certification.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • At least one year of relevant experience preferred, or suitable formal education or training.
  • Understanding of basic healthcare practices and infection control measures.
  • A compassionate demeanor and a commitment to service.
