Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Windows 7 operating system.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and hands-on technical support.
- Experience utilizing service management tools such as ServiceNow.
- Expertise in end-user computing tools, remote assistance, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
- Comprehension of ITIL frameworks and processes.
- Associate degree is required; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
