Desktop Support Technician

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee incident management for desktop systems, including hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Provide IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and on-site support services.
  • Conduct maintenance and troubleshooting for laptops and desktop computers.
  • Assist with standard hardware and software support.
  • Enhance and maintain desktop configurations for optimal performance.
  • Evaluate incident data to identify user training requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols for desktop systems.
  • Deliver VIP support and serve as the primary IT contact on-site.
  • Must be fully vaccinated.

Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Windows 7 operating system.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and hands-on technical support.
  • Experience utilizing service management tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Expertise in end-user computing tools, remote assistance, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
  • Comprehension of ITIL frameworks and processes.
  • Associate degree is required; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
