Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Associate at Walgreens, you will be responsible for delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience. This includes greeting customers, offering assistance with products and services, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Provides customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
Recommends items for sale to customers and suggests trade-up and/or companion items.
Registers customer purchases on assigned cash register, collects cash, and distributes change as requested.
Maintains a clean and well-merchandised store environment, including counters and shelves.
Assists with separation of food items and product placement as specified by policies and procedures.
Provides customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service and suggestive selling of promotional photo products.

Requirements:

Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.
