We are seeking a skilled Research Efficacy Specialist to join our Clinical Testing and Performance Department in Tarrytown, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting clinical trials using various instrumentation and imaging tools as specified by the study protocol under the supervision of designated Principal Investigators or senior team leaders.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in an inter-disciplinary and cross-functional team environment. A passion for data analysis and general knowledge of statistics is also essential for understanding consumer and product performance.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct clinical trials using instrumentation and imaging tools as specified by the study protocol
- Accurately record observations, measurements, and test results
- Provide a professional and comfortable experience to all test subjects
- Assist in the preparation of test materials (sample blinding, randomization)
- Perform data entry and data review under the supervision of senior investigators to ensure study quality
You will have the opportunity to work on efficacy testing for our portfolio of skin care, personal care, and cosmetics ingredients. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and meeting tight deadlines. Prior experience with cosmetics, skin care, and personal care products is preferred, but not required.
