About the Role

As a Practice Associate II, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient experiences in multiple locations across Westchester County. We are seeking dedicated professionals who can ensure timely services to patients and their families while maintaining a high level of administrative accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and visitors with a warm welcome, setting the tone for a positive experience.
  • Efficiently register and collect necessary information from patients, ensuring seamless check-in processes.
  • Schedule patient appointments and follow-up procedures accurately, taking into account insurance verification and authorizations.
  • Review weekly schedules to guarantee accuracy and address any discrepancies promptly.
  • Respond to financial inquiries and collect time-of-service payments, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience or a combination of certifications, coursework, and experience is preferred.
  • Candidates must demonstrate strong customer service skills, tact, respect, and sensitivity when interacting with patients and colleagues.
  • A well-organized individual with excellent communication skills is essential for this role.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and adapt to new situations is crucial.
  • A working proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) or similar software is required, along with an eagerness to learn new systems and programs.
Estimated Salary Range:

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
