Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Asset Retrieval Specialist to join our team at ThreePDS Inc. in Tarrytown, NY.

About the Role

This is a 100% on-site position responsible for managing all aspects of asset retrieval, including ticket processing, wiping of assets, updating of the CMDB, packing and shipping, and maintaining the accuracy of the CMDB.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, have excellent communication skills, and maintain a high degree of professionalism in actions, demeanor, and dress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all things related to asset retrieval, including ticket processing, wiping of assets, updating of the CMDB, packing and shipping
  • Maintain the accuracy of the CMDB
  • Assist the team with daily duties such as ticket processing, stock evaluation, vending machine stocking, equipment pick up and storage
  • Ensure client-specific Service Level Agreements are met and incident and request tickets are updated accordingly within the ticketing system
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years of technical experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to follow process and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
Working Conditions

This is a 9-5pm / 40 hours per week position with minimal travel requirements (5%). The work address is located in Tarrytown, NY 10591.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
