Hilton Sandestin Beach is committed to delivering exceptional service to our guests. To achieve this, we need a skilled Houseman to join our team. As a Houseman, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and quality of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the cleanliness of guest floor corridors, foyers, stairwells, and public vending areas.
  • Assist room attendants in maintaining Hilton's high standards of quality.
  • Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor hallways and remove food trays, empty linen racks, and vacuum as needed.
  • Assist with carpet cleaning and water extractions.
  • Occasionally assist with bed removals and mattress replacements.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of stain removal and chemical cleaning agents.
  • Ability to lift, bend, stoop, walk, push, or pull heavy equipment and stand for extended periods.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Basic ability to comprehend English language sufficient to understand and communicate information.
Experience:

Six months of carpet cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred.
