Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Marketing Support Specialist to join our team. This part-time position involves assisting with local marketing initiatives and delivering outstanding customer service to prospective clients. There is potential for this role to evolve into a full-time opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the creation and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Develop engaging content for social media platforms, including photography and graphic materials, while managing the school's online presence.
  • Assist in the distribution of promotional materials such as brochures and newsletters.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to guide marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local community organizations and groups.
  • Participate in community events to enhance the visibility of the swim school.

Customer Service Duties:

  • Facilitate the registration process for swim lessons.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or marketing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with individuals of all ages.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic graphic design tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
