About the Role
Solventum is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Central part of the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue expansion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop tailored sales plans to achieve them.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
* Identifying new business opportunities and developing tailored sales plans to achieve them
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and a proven track record of success in sales. A Bachelor's Degree or higher AND three (3) years of successful hi-tech direct sales experience in the healthcare industry are required. Alternatively, a High School Diploma/GED from AND seven (7) years of successful hi-tech direct sales experience in the healthcare industry can be considered. Previous experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM application is highly valued.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
