Job Title: Sous Chef

Our client, a renowned luxury resort in Central Florida, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join their culinary team. As a key member of the kitchen staff, you will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and supervising the production, preparation, and presentation of food in a safe, sanitary work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the production, preparation, and presentation of all foods for the hotel as assigned by the Executive Chef.
  • Monitor and control the maintenance/sanitation of the kitchen and equipment to ensure a healthy, safe work environment.
  • Monitor and control all labor and food costs through scheduling, training, and supervising the production of the food.
  • Perform any other duties required or requested by Supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-4 years of employment in a related position with this company or other organization(s).
  • Skills and Abilities: Requires advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food profession.
