Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient service with empathy and understanding, ensuring patients feel valued and respected.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, manage patient charts, and verify insurance and payment information.
  • Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing, maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Collaborate with the management team to address patient concerns and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport with patients.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
