Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to join our team as an Onsite Wellness Coordinator at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA. As a key member of our wellness team, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of corporate nutrition programs, ensuring quality assurance in areas of nutrition labeling, food allergies, and special diets, and participating in account retention and sales efforts.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement nutrition and wellness programs to support the health and well-being of our clients and employees.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure that all meals are nutritionally balanced, varied, and appealing to the senses and meet Bon Appetit's well-being commitments.
  • Provide nutrition-related workshops for groups, upon request.
  • Maintain accurate labeling for nutrition facts, ingredients, and/or allergens.
  • Conduct designated menus reviews in specified timeframes.
  • Work with staff to implement a robust Food for Your Well-Being program.
  • Participate in investigation and/or planning corrective action when applicable.
Qualifications:
  • Registered Dietitian as certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration required.
  • Minimum of One (1) Year of general dietitian work in similar setting (school, university, corporate, etc.) required.
  • Ability to interact with diverse and high-volume customer base in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Ability to organize, track, and manage complex processes.
  • Strong presentation skills; computer skills, management, and leadership skills, problem-solving.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, strong networking, and ability to interact with a wide variety of professionals.
