The estimated salary for this Recruitment and Retention Coordinator position is $80,000 - $105,000 per year. In this role, you will be responsible for screening, interviewing, and referring candidates for all positions. You will work closely with our hiring managers to develop and implement recruitment strategies that meet our business needs.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Screening and interviewing candidates for open positions
  • Referring qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Developing and implementing recruitment plans to meet business needs
  • Collaborating with department managers to create job descriptions and hiring criteria


To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least four years of experience in recruitment or a related field. You should also be proficient in applicant-tracking software and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
