Job Responsibilities and Qualifications

We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) who will provide clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high-quality, efficient care. Our team is dedicated to supporting one another, and we are eager to welcome a remarkable addition who shares our passion for patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the efficient flow of patients, including screening, exam preparation, instructing patients on sample/test collection, and obtaining vital signs.
  • Notify patients of test results and follow-up appointments, and provide instructions regarding medications and treatment.
  • Maintain patient records, including chart entries and posting lab/test results.
  • Schedule tests and treatments, arrange referrals to specialists, and obtain pre-authorizations as directed by the provider.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital or clinic setting is preferred.
  • Must hold a valid LPN/LVN license in accordance with state regulations.
