Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Health Center, you will deliver exceptional clinical support to our residents.

Your responsibilities will include conducting resident evaluations, creating care strategies, implementing interventions, and collaborating with residents, their families, and staff to formulate comprehensive care plans, all while prioritizing the residents' well-being to promote their optimal physical, mental, and social health.

Health Center fosters a welcoming and collaborative team environment.

We are currently seeking candidates for full-time overnight shifts. The work schedule consists of three 12-hour shifts per week.

  • Compensation ranges from $39 to $44.85 per hour, depending on experience
  • Additional shift differentials and holiday compensation

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program
  • Valid Colorado or compact state LPN license
