Role Responsibilities and Qualifications

We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) who will provide clinical expertise to ensure that all patients receive high-quality, efficient care. Our team is remarkable, working diligently to support one another, and we are eager to welcome a phenomenal addition who shares our passion for patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the efficient flow of patients, including screening, preparing for examinations, instructing patients on necessary sample collections/tests, and obtaining vital signs.
  • Inform patients of test results and follow-up appointments, providing guidance on medications and treatment instructions.
  • Manage patient records, including chart entries and posting lab/test and examination results.
  • Coordinate tests and treatments, including arranging referrals to specialists and obtaining pre-authorizations as directed by the provider.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital or clinic environment is preferred.
  • Must hold a valid LPN/LVN license in accordance with state regulations.
