Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse is a vital member of our treatment team, responsible for overseeing all nursing duties and related activities for clients. This role requires a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to clients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
- Supervise nursing department staff assigned to their respective shift, ensuring that all nursing duties are completed to the highest standard.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

Requirements:
- Valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Graduate from an accredited school of registered nursing, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- One (1) year experience with seriously emotionally disturbed children, adolescents, and adults in a mental health care setting, preferred.
- One (1) year supervisory experience preferred.
