We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Penny Lane Centers. As an Outpatient Therapist, you will provide mental health services to clients in a clinic, school, and home setting. Your expertise will be utilized to assess and link families to needed community services, coordinate care, and document services according to DMH and Penny Lane documentation guidelines.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the Case Manager and treatment team. A calm demeanor and good ethical and professional boundaries are essential when working with clients in their homes or schools.

Requirements for this position include active registration with the BBS as an APCC Intern, MFT Intern, or ASW Intern, or active licensure as a LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist. Post-master clinical work treating children and/or adolescents is preferred. Knowledge of DMH paperwork and bilingual Spanish skills are also beneficial.

Penny Lane Centers offers a competitive salary range of $74,513 - $93,003 per year, with additional benefits including a $5,000 bilingual Spanish differential, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and a hybrid work schedule with telehealth options.
