As a Senior Retirement Sales Consultant at USI Insurance Services, you will be responsible for consulting with clients to convert their current Defined Contribution (DC) plans to a USICG preferred service platform. You will lead new business expansion, identify profitable cross-sell opportunities, and develop relationships with USI producers. Your responsibilities will include administering multiple facets of the sales process, acquiring provider proposals, and performing analytical reviews of current plan documents and proposals. You will also work with product providers and internal service teams to ensure accurate implementation of retirement plan business. Additionally, you will conduct annual plan health reviews, coordinate employee education meetings, and manage and retain assigned book of business.
Requirements:
5 years + experience in a retirement sales capacity. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. SIE, Series 6, 63 & 65 or Series 7 & 66 and State life license required or willingness to obtain. State Insurance License required or willing to obtain. Comprehensive knowledge of 401(k) DC plans. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
