As a Virtual Experience Guide, you will play a key role in creating a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers, assisting them through the entire car sales process. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting vehicles and presenting protection products to ensure a comprehensive online experience.
  • Provide clear and transparent options for customers to make informed decisions during the online purchase transaction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure every customer, whether purchasing a vehicle or not, has an exceptional experience.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in automotive sales.
  • Experience in virtual or online selling.
  • Outgoing, energetic, and passionate individuals who are transparent and willing to learn.
  • Ability to take ownership and celebrate small successes.
