Counter Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Counter Sales Representative at D&L Parts Co. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales and customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert knowledge of our products and services, making recommendations to customers as needed.
- Process orders and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and products.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the HVAC and appliance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
This role operates in a professional office environment, with occasional travel to customer sites. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales performance.
