Sales Representative

Job Description
K1 Speed Inc is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through inbound and outbound sales efforts.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize a sales process and script to take customers through a journey, building value and providing solutions to meet their needs.
• Manage a pipeline of prospects and follow up to ensure timely conversion into sales.
• Consistently make 100+ calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
• Schedule customer events, coordinate catering, and relay necessary information to ensure a smooth experience.
• Meet KPIs, including follow-up and outbound calls, and deal/revenue goals.
• Collaborate with managers to evaluate KPIs and explore ways to generate sales growth.
Requirements
• 1-2 years of outbound/inbound sales experience, preferably in a transactional environment.
• Experience with CRM, lead management platforms, and call center software is a plus.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening.
• Meeting sales goals, closing skills, negotiation, self-confidence, product knowledge, presentation skills, and client relationships.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to remain driven and positive in the face of adversity to transform leads into sales.
Tools Familiarity
• Microsoft Office (including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Customer relationship management software (like Salesforce or Hubspot CRM) or similar
• Autodialers (such as predictive or refractive dialers)
Benefits
