Sales and Marketing Representative

Calyx Living is seeking a skilled Sales and Marketing Representative to enhance census generation in our Triangle-area assisted living communities. This role requires a sales-driven individual with excellent written and conversational skills, and proficiency in CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver census growth through community engagement and external business development.
  • Manage sales lead follow-up and progression through the sales cycle.
  • Establish and execute strategic marketing plans to guide marketing efforts.
  • Drive market awareness by coordinating and participating in community events.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have at least 3 to 5 years of sales experience, possess excellent written and conversational skills, and proficiency in CRM systems. A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.

Requirements

  • Experienced in senior living, health care, real estate, or hospitality sales.
  • Highly motivated, goals-focused, and success-driven.
  • Organized with the ability to manage multiple ongoing demands on their time.
  • Articulate and persuasive in person and on paper.
