  • Register patients, input charges, schedule and verify appointments
  • Collect payments at the time of service, apply fee scales appropriately, and safeguard cash and verify insurance
  • Function collaboratively with other Patient Support Services, Front Desk Medical Receptionists, and other clinical services to ensure efficient, friendly, cost-effective service

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Prior customer service experience is required
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are required
  • Prior physician's office experience is beneficial
  • Experience in utilizing a computer and Microsoft Products and electronic medical records system is beneficial
  • EPIC experience is a plus
  • Bilingual is a plus
