Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Physical Rehabilitation and Wellness Center of Spartanburg. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our nursing staff to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient-centered care, collecting vital signs, and reporting pertinent information to the care team.
  • Work under the supervision of a licensed nurse, using evidence-based practice guidelines and nursing judgment to make informed decisions.
  • Direct and supervise the care provided by other nursing staff members, ensuring seamless delivery of care.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in good standing with the state.
  • At least one year of experience in a long-term care facility, preferably in a similar role.
