In this role, you will assist staff across the organization, ensuring that all employment-related processes and requests are effectively managed. Your responsibilities will include compiling, maintaining, and auditing employment records to guarantee compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources. Experience with Ultimate Software HRIS (UltiPro) is required; Cognos experience and healthcare experience are preferred.
SKILLS: Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with staff are essential. A solid understanding of Human Resource functions, along with problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail, is required. Proficiency in verbal and written communication is necessary, along with computer literacy and experience operating office equipment.
TRANSPORTATION: Reliable transportation is required.
